“I’ve been living here since beginning of March, the room I was put in was very clean and neat! Plus every morning I am asked if I need any cleaning or services even when I’ve told them no every time because I have everything of my own lol. I also want to say that the customer service provided by GITA IS OUTSTANDING!!! I seriously love when I walk into the office and see Gita at the counter because she’s just so amazing! She’s so fast at taking my payment and renewing my cards! She does give me extra time to pay if needed because I’ve been here already a few months and she knows I pay no matter what!! I’ve had a few of the other employees give me a hard time and when I tell Gita about it she makes sure to correct them right away! I have been homeless and living in hotels the past 5 years! First was at Valli Hi on 73rd and pecos and that place was HELL! Then I went to Venture Inn on 73rd and pecos and that was even more HELL! It’s a fresh breath of air at this motel! Not to mention the reward points you get here and can use them to redeem free nights is AMAZING! Again I’ve been in hotels the past 5 years and never gotten a free day at the other hotels and GITA was the one to recommend getting the app and getting the reward points to be able to get free nights and I cannot thank her enough for that! I’ve been able to get 3 or 4 free nights since I’ve been here and that alone is just amazing! It’s nice and quiet here as well!! Gita does a fantastic job making sure there’s no homeless hanging around and makes sure the property is clean and safe!!!!!! Thank you GITA! We LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU!”
